People are boring. Know how I know? I know people. I see them. I hear them. Heck, I even smell them sometimes. Let's just say I've collected data, right? Like tonight. I went to a movie. It was fun. Funny, even. Decently written. So I laughed. Nobody else did - at least not out loud.
Maybe they laughed all quiet and politely. If a person laughs in a theater and nobody hears it, are they still boring? Yes. Laugh like you mean it. Shout at the screen, too! Cry at the tender moments - it's okay - you'll feel better afterwards. Savor the vicarious emotions you draw from the screen because they're probably the only ones you'll experience anyway, you boring, boring, boring human being.
What movie? Not important. A good but not great one.
